What we collect
Search descriptions and preference answers you submit to the matching engine, the resorts you shortlist, and — for staff accounts only — your name and email address from the sign-in provider.
How shortlists are stored
Your shortlist ('My Matches') is held in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data removes it. It is not tied to an account unless you are signed in as staff.
Search data
Match searches and their results are stored so that a shared or revisited result stays reproducible, and so we can measure whether the engine is improving. They are not sold, and they are not used to target advertising.
Analytics
We record aggregate product events — searches started, profiles viewed, comparisons opened — without third-party advertising trackers or cross-site profiling.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, database and AI language processing. They process data on our instructions and do not receive it for their own marketing.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of data associated with you by emailing privacy@ilivaro.com. We respond within 30 days.
